Yesterday

Yesterday....

I turned up for a appointment a day early.

I am embarrassed.

I went shopping with clear purpose! I knew what i was to buy - did I find it? No!

Was very much tempted by a pretty photo album, walked up and down the aisle multiple times. Each time justifying why I should then why I shouldn't buy it.

In the end left the shop without it! Proud of self moment!! Felt great to exercise self control!

I get lots of paperwork done - Tax return is done!(at least it's all with the Tax agent!) 

I discover that I am still good with numbers!

I found time for paper and sticky tape, oh how i have missed this!
