I found this blog this morning http://createdbycourtney.blogspot.com/. Anyway, there's a story on Victoria who has cancer and her teacher has asked if people would send a card or letter to her. Yesterday

I went for a run! Ok, maybe mostly walking, but a fair amount day 40% of running. Not bad, considering i haven't done much exercise for a while. All this before 6am. I even had time to read my bible! My friend Anne will be proud of me

The past week

I have been really busy at work, so last night for some R&R I made some cards.
